Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Who we are

Go Self-Employed (go-self-employed.com) is operated by StartSorted ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@startsorted.co.uk.

2. The service

My Self-Employment Plan ("MSEP") is a one-off paid service comprising a pre-call questionnaire, a 30-minute consultation call, and a bespoke written plan delivered as a PDF, normally within 48 hours of the call. The price is £95, payable in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

3. What the plan is — and is not

The plan provides practical commercial research, observations and recommendations based on the information you give us. It is general information about self-employment planning and is not legal, tax, financial or regulated professional advice. Figures in the plan are illustrative estimates, not guarantees. No business outcome or level of income can be guaranteed, and the plan may recommend that you change, delay or reconsider your idea.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Delivery

Call availability is typically within 3–5 days of booking. The written plan is normally delivered within 48 hours of the completed call. If we cannot meet these timescales we will tell you and agree a new date.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Your plan is prepared for you and is yours to use for your own business. The MSEP format, templates and methodology remain ours. Example plans shown on this site are based on real client scenarios with names, identifying details and some figures changed for privacy, and are illustrative only.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for business decisions you take, or losses arising from them, following delivery of the plan.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to you.
